DELIVERY & TRANSFER STRUCTURES

The structure follows
the transaction.

Product location, terminal requirements, vessel arrangements and the parties’ obligations shape the delivery procedure.

FOB and CIF are Incoterms rules. TTO, TTV and VTV describe commercial transfer arrangements; their meaning and procedure must be agreed individually. These summaries are introductory, not contractual terms.

FOBFree on Board

A sea or inland-waterway delivery basis. The contract identifies the shipment port, applicable Incoterms edition and the parties’ loading, transport and risk responsibilities.

CIFCost, Insurance and Freight

A sea or inland-waterway delivery basis involving seller-arranged freight and insurance to the named destination port. Contractual risk transfer and document requirements must be understood separately.

TTOTank Take-Over

A transaction-specific tank or stored-product arrangement. Tank rights, operator requirements, product evidence, title and payment conditions require written agreement.

TTVTank-to-Vessel

Transfer from verified storage to an agreed receiving vessel, subject to terminal access, compatibility, inspection and documented transfer procedures.

VTVVessel-to-Vessel

A proposed vessel-transfer structure requiring clarification of the transfer method, shipping authority, location, inspection and legal and operational requirements.

with what you
can verify.

Product discipline, practical delivery and verification guide each energy opportunity.

Our execution approach
01

Quality & Specification

Product requirements and inspection standards are established within the commercial structure.

02

Verification Before Capital

Authority, product, title and beneficiary verification come before significant capital commitment.

03

Delivery Coordination

Terminal, tank, vessel and shipping arrangements are aligned to the agreed delivery basis.

04

Regulatory & Compliance Discipline

KYC/AML, sanctions, jurisdictional and participating-bank requirements inform the transaction review.

GLOBAL ENERGY SOURCING

Supply evidence
before assumptions.

Liverpool evaluates opportunities involving supply originating from or connected with major international energy organizations and national oil companies, including SOMO, NNPC and SOCAR.
